By using StoryMagic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service Description
StoryMagic is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized children's stories with narration, images, and video. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may vary in quality.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Subscription and Payment
StoryMagic Pro is a single-tier monthly subscription; the actual price is the amount shown on the subscription page. Your subscription automatically renews on each billing date, charged to your saved payment method (processed via SHOPLINE Payments), unless you cancel before the end of the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur after that. We do not refund fees already incurred for the current period (see legal exceptions in the Refund Policy). We currently offer only monthly billing and do not offer annual or other long-term prepaid plans. If we change subscription pricing, we will notify existing subscribers in advance through reasonable means (such as an in-app notice or email); price changes apply only to renewal periods after notice is given.
Nature of Usage Credits
Free-tier accounts receive a fixed number of service uses each month ("Credits"). Pro subscribers receive Credits according to their plan. Credits represent only the maximum number of times you may use the service to generate content during the current period; they are not stored value, points, or any form of virtual currency, have no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or moved between accounts. Unused Credits generally do not roll over to the next billing period unless we announce otherwise.
Content and Intellectual Property
Stories generated through StoryMagic are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain the right to use generated stories with your family. The underlying AI models, platform code, and StoryMagic branding remain our property.
Rights and Disclaimer for AI-Generated Content
You retain the original rights to the text, images, or voice samples you input into the service. For story text, illustrations, narration, and video generated using artificial intelligence ("Generated Content"), subject to these terms, you may use Generated Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Because Generated Content is produced automatically by AI models, it may be inaccurate, illogical, or not match your expectations, and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You may not use the service to generate content that infringes the intellectual property, reputation, or other rights of others, nor generate illegal, violent, sexual, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Voice Cloning License and Restrictions
If you use the voice cloning feature to upload a voice sample, you represent and warrant that the sample is your own voice, or that you have obtained the explicit consent of the voice's owner to upload it. Voice samples you upload are used solely to generate story narration for your own account; we do not use your voice samples to train or improve any AI model. You may delete a created voice model at any time from account settings, and deletion also removes the original voice sample file underlying that voice model. Uploading another person's voice without their consent is strictly prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content; attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems; share your account credentials with others; use the service for commercial purposes without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
StoryMagic is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
